Hi, my name is Mitch, I was born and raised on Long Island, NY, and from the time I was in middle school, I was always infatuated with muscle cars and drag racing. One day, some time in the early 90’s, a friend of mine who is a major Porschephile, and PCA Driving Instructor, asked if I wanted to join him for an “Open Track Day” or HPDE at Limerock in Connecticut. He told me to bring my helmet so I can go for a ride along in his 400+ hp vintage, 1973 911. I jumped at the chance. That turned out to be one of the most exciting days of my life!! I have since attended multiple driving schools and went on to become a Certified High Performance Driving Instructor.
I’ve had multiple track cars in the past, but always had a thing for Mustangs. I currently own a 2000 Steeda Mustang which I've set up for HPDE duty.
In needing a set of tow hooks, I searched and searched, but could not find anything suitable, so, like many “car guys”, I set out to make my own. They worked out very well, and I am now in the position to market them to anyone who is in need of tow hooks for their cars. I now manufacture many different styles of universal tow hooks as well. If you have any ideas in mind, we will also consider making custom tow hooks for your application.
Thanks for reading my story.
